At Vlisco, we take pride in the heritage and quality of our fabrics; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all textiles and garments remain in their original condition, uncut and with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Vlisco account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that the fabric is neatly folded and any accompanying certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fabric, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
